Sheriff Babeu Predicts After Inauguration He’s Sending Back Immigrant Criminals Protected By Obama

Friday on Fox Business Network, Pinal County, AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu said after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration his department would take a more aggressive tack in enforcing immigration law.

Babeu said, “I’ve been so proud of our new president as he is trying to pull people together, not just within the Republican Party, but to reach out and say, ‘Look, this isn’t against immigration.’ We want to continue the million legal immigrants that we have a year. This is more than any other per nation. He wants to allow those with guest worker permits to come in here. But for all these people who think there is a revolving door and for criminals who have been protected under Barack Obama, those days are done. In a month we’re are going to go after those criminals and send them back out of this country.”
