Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Vice President Joe Biden said President-elect Donald Trump ran “the most vicious campaign, the craziest campaign, I’ve ever witnessed.”
Biden said, “I bet 10 percent of the people can tell you what Hillary’s plan was, how she was going to provide free education. It got drowned out by the most vicious campaign, craziest campaign I’ve ever witnessed in the last — since I’ve been involved. You know, it’s either the bulk of the debate was about e-mails and/or his boorish behavior.”
