Dem Rep Jeffries: Jim Crow’s ‘Nieces and Nephews’ Are in the White House

This week in the Brooklyn borough of New York City at a town hall, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) likened President Donald Trump’s administration to those of the Jim Crow-era.

Jeffries said, “While Jim Crow may be dead, he’s got some nieces and nephews that are alive and well. And a few of them are running around 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.”
