A quick-thinking Illinois man is being heralded a hero after he jumped into a moving car to help the driver who was suffering a seizure.
Video from the Dixon, IL Police Department shows a car running a red light at low speed and heading into oncoming traffic.
Randy Tompkins, realizing something was wrong, quickly hopped out of his truck, jumped into the moving car through the passenger window and put the car in park.
Officers got out to check on the man who was suffering a seizure, then called for an ambulance.
