On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “At This Hour,” CNN Political Commentator and former Congressional Black Caucus Executive Director Angela Rye argued that President Trump’s dishonesty is the reason to support legislation that ensures that presidential candidates get psychological evaluations.
Rye said, “To the point of Donald Trump lying, I don’t know if it’s a lie, or…if he’s delusional. … But I think it’s so, so, so important for us to understand, this is the reason why there should be legislation to ensure that a presidential candidate gets a psychological evaluation. No, I’m serious.”
