Report: Plitt Died Trying to Outrun Train

Fitness expert and television actor Greg Plitt, who was struck and killed by a train in Burbank on Saturday, was reportedly trying to outrun a train while filming a commercial for an energy drink when the train hit him.

In San Francisco, #BARTFriday protesters who blocked commuters from getting to work the following morning earned themselves the same title while causing a cacophony of irritating noises, using spoons, that immobilized the working masses for a while.

Witch doctors have convinced clients that the body parts of an albino can bring good luck and attract money, which has led to the killing of at least 70 albino individuals and the disfigurement of countless others.

Politician Convicted for Relationship with Minor Wins Election from Jail

Disgraced Delegate Joe Morrissey won a special election Tuesday to reclaim a seat he relinquished after agreeing to a plea deal concerning his relationship with a 17-year-old minor. His overnight stays in jail didn’t prevent the former Democrat, an outspoken liberal, from defeating both Republican and Democrat opponents.

Griselda’s World Café was inspected twice, on December 18 and December 30, revealing numerous health code violations, including a cockroach infestation, heavy grease near the plumbing and storage area, a stove hood that was filthy, and a floor slippery with water from an ice machine.

Two Men Accused of Attempting to Purchase Toddler for $100

Two men allegedly approached a woman and her two year old son at a Covina, California market multiple times Wednesday night, persistent in their attempts to purchase the woman’s child, ultimately throwing $100 at the woman as she escaped the men in the market’s parking lot.
