GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s campaign staff met with several congressmen on Capitol Hill on Thursday.

Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA) told Fox News host Gretchen Carlson that the meeting “was the Trump campaign transitioning to the next phase.” He added that Trump’s staff is reaching out and bringing members of Congress who are supporters into the fold.

According to Fox News, eight congressmen met with the Trump campaign: Duncan Hunter (R-CA), Chris Collins (R-NY), Tom Reed (R-NY), Tom Marino (R-PA), Lou Barletta (R-PA), Renee Ellmers (R-NC), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), and Scott DesJarlais.

During the meeting, Trump’s staff said they believe he can reach the 1,237 delegate threshold before the Republican National Convention in July.
