Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is reacting to leaked emails from Colin Powell that criticize her.

“I have a great deal of respect for Colin Powell and I have a lot of sympathy for anyone whose emails become public,” Clinton said on the Tom Joyner Morning show. “I’m not going to start discussing someone else’s private emails, I already spent a lot of time talking about my own.”

Clinton ignored followup questions about Powell’s attacks, asserting that she would not discuss hacked personal emails.

She pivoted to the “chilling fact” that Russians were hacking into American online networks, and focused intently on positive remarks that Donald Trump made about Vladimir Putin.
