Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” network correspondent James Rosen reported that U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl had converted to Islam during his captivity and even declared himself a warrior for Islam. In the report Rosen details how Bergdahl’s status with his Haqqani captors changed over time including once when Bergdahl escaped for five day and then during some periods “he became much more of an accepted fellow” and was allowed to carry a gun at times, a source told Fox News.
