Human Rights Foundation Chair Explains Why Allies Don't Trust Obama

The Obama administration’s struggle to gather a viable coalition to help the United States beat back ISIS has not gone unnoticed by world chess champion and Human Rights Foundation chair Garry Kasparov, who says he proclaimed that Obama’s credibility was ruined after his “Red Line” waffling a year ago. 

He took to Twitter today to blast the president for his weak and indecisive track record on foreign policy and offered his opinion as to why ISIS doesn’t fear him and his potential allies don’t trust him.
