Obama Suggests Bumper Sticker: 'It's Obama's Fault'

Last night at a fundraiser with the LGBT community in Los Angeles, acknowledging the struggling economy and high unemployment, President Obama suggested a slogan for Mitt Romney:

“It’s very easy to put on a bumper sticker: ‘It’s Obama’s fault,'” he said. “We’re going to have to work through that.”

Of course, it is Obama’s fault. But for Obama to suggest that it is unfair for Romney to campaign against him based on his record is ludicrous – especially considering that Obama’s slogan might as well be “It’s Bush’s Fault.” Nearly a full term after George W. Bush left office, Obama continues to blame his predecessor for his inability to turn around the economy, secure America militarily, and ease joblessness.

“It’s Obama’s Fault.” It’s a slogan Romney – and Americans — should use with alacrity.
