Obama supporters are bagging big bucks by signing up as so-called Obamacare ‘navigators’ to help herd millions of confused Americans into the government’s healthcare exchanges.
On Thursday, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N J) announced that his state scored $2 million in grants for groups willing to help sign fellow citizens up for Obamacare, including $565,000 for the Urban League of Hudson County.
Obamacare critics say Health and Human Services’ surprise boosting of navigator grant monies from $54 million to $67 million on Thursday is all part of an Obama crony cash giveaway designed to reward the president’s supporters with taxpayer-funded kickbacks.
Also coming out a big winner in the Obamacare navigator cash dash is abortion provider Planned Parenthood which scored $655,000 in grants to help sign Americans up during Obamcare’s grand opening in six weeks.
Analysts say the Obama Administration’s decision to use thousands of citizen navigators represents a prime opportunity for identity thieves and con artists looking to exploit the mass confusion and chaos of what Democratic Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) warned will be “a huge train wreck coming down.”
