White House Website Being Used to Attack GOP on Shutdown

The official website of the White House is now being used as a partisan outlet for Barack Obama to complain and attack GOP members of Congress for the government shutdown.

When visiting the site, a pop-up window titled “Government Shutdown” informs the viewer: “Because Congress did not fulfill its responsibility to pass a budget, much of the federal government will shut down.”

Underneath the window the caption reads, “Learn more.” Upon clicking that, the following window pops up:
