REPORT: Russian National Jailed in Pennsylvania on WMD Charges Graduated from Top California High School in 2013

The San Carlos Patch reported on Saturday that Vladislav Miftakhov, the 19-year-old Russian national who was arrested in Pennsylvania Friday on charges of “possessing weapons of mass destruction” graduated from Carlmont High School, which is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The school was named one of “America’s Best High Schools” for 2013 by Newsweek.

Writer Joan S. Dentler from San Carlos Patch told Breitbart News that her sources confirm Vladislav Miftakhov graduated from Carlmont High in 2013. Patch obtained photos of Miftakhov at what appears to be his graduation at Carlmont High School.

Miftakhov is an engineering student at Penn State, Altoona, an unusual college for a young man from the Northern California coastal region to attend.
