White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett congratulated Zach Galifianakis and producers of the Between Two Ferns comedy show after it was announced that the show earned an Emmy nomination.
The web-based parody talk show was nominated for an Emmy in the Outstanding Short-Format Live-Action Entertainment Program category.
Jarrett posted on Twitter:

Jarrett met with Scott Aukerman, the executive producer and director of the show, convincing Obama to do an interview to promote Obamacare in March.
