Chris Christie Challenges 'Hyperbolic' CDC for Getting It Wrong on Ebola

On the Today show Tuesday morning, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie doubled down on his quarantine decision and criticized the Center For Disease Control for their “hyperbolic” response.

Christie also responded to Dr. Anthony Fauci who criticized the quarantine decisions as “draconian.”

Christie pointed out that six other states were putting the same policy into place, and the Joint Chiefs Of Staff were recommending a similar policy.

Christie argued that the CDC was moving their direction on handling the disease, advising people who had contact with the disease to avoid public places and public transportation.
