2015 SHOT Show Preview: Second Amendment Nirvana

Over 12.5 miles of aisles full of new handguns, rifles, and shotguns, as well as new firearm optics, laser sights, holsters, ammunition, and other firearm accessories from a total of 1,681 exhibitors will be on display at the 2015 National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) SHOT Show, which takes place in Las Vegas January 20-23.

Among the new and/or improved models of firearms, the number of rifles alone will be nearly too much to absorb in three days’ time. These will include Daniel Defense’s stellar line of AR-15s, the trend setting, industry standard AR-15s from Bushmaster firearms, and even more ARs from great companies like DPMS, Ruger, Sig Sauer, SI Defense, and Smith & Wesson, among many others.

Of course, FNH will have its SCAR series rifles on display.

Semi-automatic handguns will be visible throughout the show at displays from Glock, Heckler & Koch, Kahr, Kel-Tec, Kimber, Ruger, Springfield Armoy, Smith & Wesson, and Taurus International. Wheel guns are also omnipresent throughout the show, letting manufacturers show just how comfortable they now make revolvers for concealed carry via the use of ultra-light metals and polymer.

Speaking of polymer, Magpul Industries will be there with its new all-polymer magazines for Glock model 17 handguns. Breitbart News previously reported that Magpul left the state of Colorado, following the passage of draconian gun control by state Democrats. They now operate out of Texas and Wyoming–two gun-friendly states.

The NSSF will have a strong presence at the show; after all, it hosts the event–and the NRA will be there, as will Duck Commander/Buck Commander, and many others.

There is simply nothing like the SHOT Show. And Breitbart News will be there to cover it from beginning to end.
