A 75-year-old gun show vendor in Washington, Pennsylvania, subdued a shoplifter in Washington Crown Center mall by tackling the suspect and threatening to break his arm if he did not comply.

According to the AP, Charlie Burton was at the mall as a vendor for a gun show “when he saw an officer struggling with the suspect, 29-year-old Jonathan Fekete Jr.” Police said Fekete was allegedly “trying to get away with $200 worth of clothes from a Macy’s store.”

Burton ran to the scene, grabbed the suspect’s arm and “forced him down.” He said the suspect “started hollering [that] his arm hurt” and Burton responded, “Quit struggling or I’ll break the thing.”

Fekete is now in jail.
