Joe Biden To College Students: Global Warming Is ‘Greatest Threat To Your Generation’

Speaking to college students in Iowa, Vice President Joe Biden asserted that global warming will be the greatest threat of their generation.

“Global warming is the greatest threat to your generation of anything at all, across the board,” Biden said.

Biden says it isn’t just environmentalists that were worried about global warming.

“It’s not just environmentalists … the goo-goos, the good government stuff, the enviros, the tree huggers,” he said. You know who’s most worried about global warming? The Department of Defense.”

Biden warned that as the sea levels rose, there would be “dislocations” of “tens of millions of people” around the world.

“What causes conflict?” Biden said. “Significant migration.”
