On March 11, a Dallas, Texas, Exxon shop manager intervened and shot two suspects after seeing how they allegedly “assaulted” one of his employees.
According to CBS DFW, the manager was in the back of the store and saw the alleged assault unfold on a monitor. He then ran into the main part of the store with his gun drawn and demanded the suspects stop.
One of the suspects then allegedly walked toward the manager with his hand tucked in his pocket, so the manager opened fire, shooting one of the suspects in the stomach and the second suspect in the foot.
Both suspects were transported to Baylor Medical Center and are now listed “in fair condition.”
Police have not released the names of the suspects but described one as a “30-year-old black male” and the second as “a 30-year-old Latin male.” Both face robbery charges.
