After months of months of being the lying mainstream media’s Emmanuel Goldstein, there is no way to know how the serial-injustices heaped upon Darren Wilson will ultimately effect the former-Ferguson police officer. A local news report indicates that The Most Unfairly Smeared Man In America is returning to a semblance of a normal life, which includes a show of appreciation from local residents in St. Charles:

Former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson attended a trivia contest Saturday in St. Charles, where his lawyer said he delivered impromptu remarks and received a standing ovation. …

“Darren was there because a friend invited him,” said Neil Bruntrager, Wilson’s attorney. “He was just there as an attendee, a trivia player. He was a guest of a friend. Darren has never received any money from the organization.”

On Aug. 9, Wilson shot unarmed Michael Brown, 18, in Ferguson. A federal probe and a St. Louis County grand jury have both ruled that the shooting was justified.

No one can imagine what our mainstream media and federal government put Wilson and his family through. What we do know is that due to this relentless smear campaign the people of Ferguson lost a good police officer — a man who everyday risked his life for the lives of Ferguson citizens.
