Louisiana Governor and potential GOP presidential candidate Bobby Jindal railed against establishment Republicans who are “waving the white flag of surrender” on issues they promised voters they would confront if given a majority.
On Breitbart News Sunday, Jindal said that “voters are so tired of Republicans saying one thing and doing the other.”
Jindal told Breitbart News Executive Chairman and host Stephen K. Bannon that Republicans took back Congress by vowing to stop Obama’s “unconstitutional amnesty” and “repeal Obamacare” and then started “waving the white flag of surrender” as soon they got elected.
“They faltered on amnesty, and I fear they’re going to falter on Obamacare,” Jindal lamented.
Jindal said Republicans often become “the party of big business” with politicians that just want to “go along to get along.” He criticized big-government Republicans who do not attack President Barack Obama’s cronyism like Solyndra because “they just want the same treatment for their buddies, their cronies, their donors.”
