The judge who ordered Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis jailed because she refuses to issue same-sex marriage licenses is now ordering her release.

CNN reports even though Davis is being released by District Judge David Bunning, she has not changed her mind or religious opposition to issuing the licenses. Davis has been jailed at the Carter County Detention Center since last week.

GOP presidential candidate Gov. Mike Huckabee is holding a rally to support Davis later Tuesday afternoon.
