How Conservatives Can ‘Cook’ The Republican Party – Before The RNC Cooks It

Ben Shapiro wrote an excellent article, published here on October 16, 2015, about how the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) Chairman Reince Priebus recently said in an interview with the Washington Examiner that the Grand Old Party is “cooked” if the Republican nominee does not get elected to the Presidency in 2016.

Ahem.

From Ben Shapiro’s article:

Speaking with the Washington Examiner, Priebus explained, “We’re seeing more and more that if you don’t hold the White House, it’s very difficult to govern in this country – especially in Washington D.C. However, I think that we may have become, unfortunately, a midterm party that doesn’t lose and presidential party that’s had a really hard time winning.”

Priebus concluded: “I do think we’re cooked as a party for quite a while as a party if we don’t win in 2016.” In the past, Priebus has stated that Republicans will have to be “about perfect” in order to win the presidency, before averring that the GOP must do more minority outreach.

WHAT REINCE SAID VERSUS COMMON SENSE.

Dan Abbett left this comment, and he was on the right track:

It isn’t the Republican Party that will be “cooked,” it’s the GOP establishment. In that regard, they will in fact lose the election in 2016. No, not to the Democrats but to conservatives and grassroots America. There is a reason that John Boehner got the boot as Speaker. Rancid Proboscis can expect the same.

Saying conservatives will “cook” the Party is one thing.  Doing it is another.

HOW CONSERVATIVES CAN “COOK” THE REPUBLICAN PARTY – IN A GOOD WAY.

Here’s how conservatives can “cook” the Republican Party into a conservative Republican Party – and ensure victories for conservatives at the ballot box.

Conservatives can easily make the Republican Party “about perfect” in terms of what needs to be accomplished to get out the vote to elect more Republicans – including to the Presidency.

But Reince Priebus and the RNC will never, ever breathe a word about how to do this to conservatives. Because what the RNC needs to tell conservatives – to win the presidency – will also help conservatives, greatly, to help conservatives win the all-important, traditionally-very-low-turnout primary elections and elect greater numbers of conservatives to the officer positions of the Republican Party apparatus:  to the local Party committee officer positions, the county committee officer positions, the state committee officer positions, and the RNC positions. And it’s the RNC committee members who elect the RNC Chairman.

It is not in the self-interest of the RNC to explain to conservatives how to take over the Republican Party apparatus.  That’s just a fact. I don’t blame them for protecting their jobs.

Want to change the status quo? Upset the apple cart. Want to be part of a conservative Republican Party revolution?  Then read on.

DO YOU KNOW THESE NUMBERS? DO THE MATH.

What the RNC does not want conservative Republicans to know is that of the approximately 400,000 “Party apparatus” positions, at the voting precinct level – the precinct-level Party apparatus positions that elect, directly or indirectly, ALL of the Party officers — about half of these positions (called “precinct committeeman” in most states) currently are vacant.  And that filling them is very easy to do.

THE RNC DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW HOW WEAK OUR PARTY IS.

If you have ever made a donation to the Republican Party, you probably receive mailers from the RNC or your state Party committee, asking you to fill out a survey and then asking you for a few things.

They will ask for your money.

They will ask you to volunteer to make phone calls.

They will ask you to volunteer to work in local offices to answer the phones.

They will ask you to put up signs at the time of the elections.

But what they will never, never, never tell you is that, probably, where you live, over half of the precinct committeeman slots are vacant. And that precinct committeemen ARE the Party – because they elect all of the officers of the Party. And that precinct committeemen get access to the get-out-the-vote software of the Party to help the Party elect more Republicans.

THE RNC WILL NOT TELL CONSERVATIVES HOW TO BECOME POWERFUL.

Why would they ever tell conservatives how to “cook” them?It is not in their self-interest to do so. I don’t blame them. Getting involved in political party politics is not hard and does not take a lot of time.  The RINOs have figured this out. Conservatives? Not so much.

COMPLAINING IS NOT ENOUGH.  REAL ACTION “INSIDE” OUR LOCAL PARTY COMMITTEES IS NEEDED.

Complaining about RINOs in our Party apparatus, on conservative blogs, is not going to change the RINOs. The ONLY way to change the RINOs is by outnumbering them and replacing them in the Party.

OUR FOUNDING FATHERS DO NOT WANT TO ROLL OVER IN THEIR GRAVES. HELP THEM.

Folks, this is “We the People” stuff – the kind of basic American civic involvement our Founding Fathers hoped we’d never forget we have a duty to engage in. Are you willing to spend a couple of hours a month to do this? If you will, I can’t promise we will, together, save our country. But I can guarantee this: if we do not do this in sufficient numbers, we will lose our constitutional republic. Just look at history.

The RNC never breathes a word about any of this to conservatives because they fear awakening conservatives into real political party action. The RNC knows the real ball game of politics is played “inside” the Party – and that getting “inside” the Party as a precinct committeeman is easy. They know that if conservatives ever figure this out – and thereby unite and organize for real political action “inside” the Republican Party – the reign of the RINOs at the helm of the Republican Party, at the RNC, will be “cooked.”

BECOME A “COOKER.” NOT HARD TO DO. IT WORKS. IF YOU GET INVOLVED.

Want to “cook” the RINOs at the RNC level?  Become a Republican Party precinct committeeman. Now. Recruit every conservative you know and can find to join you. It’s not hard to do. See below. If, after following those links, you still have questions, please contact me.  I don’t bite — conservatives.

Thank you.
