A Florida man filed a police report claiming that a nude dancer at a strip club struck him in the face four times after he told her she had a “muffin top” and needed to lose weight.
Kyle Yeomans, 23, told officers of the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina police department that he was attacked by a nude dancer at Derriere’s Gentlemen’s Club on Sunday morning. He said that the dancer beat him in the face four times after he told her that “she should go to the gym and lose weight.”
According to his report, Yeomans said the stripper was “annoying him and that she kept trying to talk to him and he was tired of it.”
Yeomans reported that after being “annoyed” by the dancer, he made his comment about her weight, adding that she had a “muffin top.”
After his comments, the dancer quickly lashed out and struck him in the face four times.
The victim also told officers that he was drunk at the time he disparaged the dancer, rating his level of intoxication at an 11 out of a scale of 10.
Police noted on the report that Yeomans’ face had injuries “consistent with his statement of being struck.” It was also reported that the dancer was wearing a ring that caused more injuries.
However, after filing his report, Yeomans told police that he didn’t want to press charges.
Police reported that they tried to go to the strip club and conduct followup interviews, but the club was closed on Sunday.
