GOP frontrunner Donald Trump took to Twitter well after midnight to praise Fox News’s Bill O’Reilly and Karl Rove for their comments regarding the Iowa caucus controversy between Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Dr. Ben Carson.

Trump posted on Twitter:

“Carson got jobbed,” O’Reilly said during his show on Wednesday night. “This was used to damage a campaign.” O’Reilly was referencing the Cruz campaign spreading news that Carson was taking time off of the campaign trail as Iowans went to caucus on Monday night.

Karl Rove added: “They knew that this was inaccurate,” referencing the note the Cruz campaign sent out saying that Carson was taking a break from the campaign trail and making a big announcement, urging Carson’s caucus goers to caucus for Cruz instead.
