Former President Bill Clinton is comparing Republicans to rappers.

During a campaign event on Tuesday for his wife Hillary, Clinton mocked the “spectacle” that was swirling around the Republican presidential primary, citing the contentious Fox News debate prior to the Florida primary in February.

“Remember the debate they had before Florida, where four of them were up there calling each other liar over everybody’s voice?” he said. “They sounded like a rap tune on MTV.”

Clinton then started rapping about lying while swaying back and forth.

He complained that Hillary and her supporters were accused of being members of the establishment, arguing that the union organizers and immigration advocates who endorsed her represent the working people.

He also referred to what he calls Hillary’s commitment to fixing the problem of illegal immigration.

“We need to quit fighting about this. Look at this crowd, our diversity is our strength, we got to go forward together and rise together,” he said.
