Amanda Marie Warfel, a 25-year-old Pennsylvania woman, has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after forcing her neighbors to listen to her having loud sex for two years.

Warfel has been behind bars since March 22 but pleaded guilty Wednesday and was sentenced to 45 to 90 days in jail, which she’s already served.

Police say the women would have sex so loudly that it shook her neighbor’s furniture.

Tanya Saylor, Warfel’s neighbor, said, “It’s pretty pathetic when you have to have a protocol due to your neighbor’s actions.”

Warfel’s disorderly conduct came from loud music and repeated threats she lodged at her neighbors, who had spent months complaining about the noise.

The noise next door was so loud, Saylor said she was forced to give their daughters headphones before going to bed, the York Daily Record reports.

One of Saylor’s daughters has cancer and was placed on bedrest after receiving treatment. The 17-year-old girl was in the room for 10 days.

Taylor said that over the course of those 10 days, Warfel had sex “nonstop, making sure that my daughter heard.”

In court on Wednesday, Warfel said she regretted her neighbors weren’t in court to hear her apology. She is currently in jail for another case.

According to the York Daily Record, District Judge John Fishel ordered Warfel to pay court costs.

I’m “not going to put them on the taxpayers,” Judge Fishel said.

He also ordered Warfel to stay away from her neighbors.
