Law enforcement reports that Radee Labeeb Prince, the suspect who allegedly shot and killed three people at Advanced Granite Solutions in Edgewood, Maryland, at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, has an extensive criminal record that includes 42 arrests and “15 felony convictions.”

Breitbart News reported that Prince also allegedly shot a man in Wilmington, Delaware, about an hour and forty-five minutes after the shootings in Maryland.

In addition to the 42 arrests and “15 felony convictions,” the Baltimore Sun reports that a “peace order complaint” shows Prince was “fired from a job at another granite company after allegedly attacking a co-worker” this year. Following the alleged attack, another co-worker sought the peace order as a preemptive measure, saying, “I do not want to wait until he will. … He can also do it to me.”

Prince was captured Wednesday night when authorities spotted him walking down the road in Newark, Delaware. He allegedly saw law enforcement approach, then “took off running and threw a handgun.”  He was arrested thereafter “without incident.” Wilmington, Delaware, Police Chief Robert Tracy believes the handgun that was used in the Wilmington shooting is the same gun that was used earlier in the shooting in Edgewood, Maryland.

The Washington Post lists Maryland as one of the top six states for gun control laws. One of Maryland’s laws is a ban on gun possession “for those convicted of a felony.”
