President Donald Trump announced post-Thanksgiving plans to play golf with champions of the game — Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson.

“After call with Turkey, I will be heading over to Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter, to play golf (quickly) with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson,” Trump announced on Twitter. “Then back to Mar-a-Lago for talks on bringing even more jobs and companies back to the USA!”

The president rarely confirms plans to golf, but occasionally travels to his clubs in Virginia, New Jersey, and Florida. He last golfed on Wednesday before Thanksgiving at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach.

In 2006, President Obama made a special trip to Florida to golf with Tiger Woods — a trip that cost $3.6 million.

Trump said he would begin the day with a phone call with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey to discuss peace in the Middle East.

“I will get it all done, but what a mistake, in lives and dollars (6 trillion), to be there in the first place!” he wrote.
