Gays Against Guns (GAG) are protesting Wednesday to oppose legislation that protects Americans’ Second Amendment rights in what the group calls its “My Bloody Valentine” demonstration.
“Join your fellow GaGgers to rehearse the run-of-show for our upcoming action to DEMAND that Concealed Carry Reciprocity get DEFEATED!” the GAG website states.

The protest begins at the office of Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-TX) to express the group’s opposition to the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017, which Cornyn has introduced in the Senate.
The House passed its version of the bill in December.
The GAG website states that protesters will be assigned roles and learn songs for a “tragical theatrical,” which is taking place in the office building atrium after the protest at Cornyn’s office.
The group represents the “LGBTQAI community,” according to its website.
