The former top Hillary Clinton aide who is organizing nightly “treason” protests across from the White House revealed that he had no idea what “Trump Derangement Syndrome” meant until late last year. In fact, Philippe Reines actually thought the term referred to “how thoroughly deranged someone must be” to support Trump.

Reines went on MSNBC over the weekend and said left-wing activists were coming to the White House protests he launched last week because they are afraid to confront Trump at his rallies after Trump said he would pay the legal bills for supporters who beat up anti-Trump agitators. He also suggested the White House demonstrations would get under Trump’s skin, mentioning that Trump and First Lady Melania Trump hardly spent any time at Trump Tower last year because they “hate the protestors outside.”

While the anti-Trump agitators who have brought opera singers and even mariachi bands to protest the “treasonous” president have been ridiculed for their “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” Reines said he will be using the term from now on to describe Trump supporters.

The former Clinton aide who impersonated Trump during Clinton’s debate 2016 prep ridiculed Trump after his “appalling” Helsinki Summit meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as just a “big talker” who is not even a bully because bullies at least get in people’s faces. Reines said Trump is just a “virtual bully” who is “all smiles” and a “coward” when he is actually standing next to other politicians.
