Sí Se Puede: '2016' Gets Spanish Digital Release This Weekend

The makers of the hit documentary “2016: Obama’s America” have struck a deal to have the film released in a digital Spanish version this weekend.

The film, which became the no. 2 grossing political documentary in history earlier this year, tracks the formative influences of the current Commander in Chief.

The digital release timing is no accident.

The producers hope to swing any remaining independent voters in a race that is neck-and-neck for the two candidates.

TheWrap.com reports the Spanish digital edition of “2016” will “cost $2.99 and will be aimed at independent voters in Spanish-speaking communities.
