History Channel Offers New Look at 'The Bible'

The upcoming History Channel miniseries The Bible builds on the entertainment industry’s newfound admiration for spiritual storytelling.

Big screen projects like Noah and a film centered on Pontius Pilate won’t hit theaters for a while, but this week The History Channel is offering an extended look at its religious-themed presentation.

The five part, 10-hour miniseries, starring Roma Downey (who co-produced) and Keith David, debuts March 3.
