After surveying more than 8 million views on their website, Nameberry reports that the most popular names of 2013 for babies are Imogen for girls and Asher for boys. Asher returns to the top, where it had been in 2011. Last year the top names were Charlotte and Finn.
Two of the names will be familiar to pop culture observers–Katniss from The Hunger Games and Django from the Quentin Tarantino movie Django Unchained.
