Actor Benedict Cumberbatch is back on the set of his BBC show Sherlock, and he’s not alone. Paparazzi are eager to snap his picture over and again.

The star’s recent movie projects, from Star Trek Into Darkness to the upcoming biopic The Fifth Estate, have upped his celebrity cache measurably. And he’s using that clout to speak out against those very same shutterbugs complicating his work days.

The actor greeted a gaggle of paparazzi on the Sherlock set with a hand-written sign that said, “Go photograph Egypt and show the world something important.”
