Lady Gaga is the latest celebrity to hawk Obamacare for an administration which couldn’t sell the public on its merits. Too bad the mercurial pop star didn’t check her facts before spreading the word about the unpopular health care law.
Lady Gaga sent a picture of herself holding a sign saying #getcovered–sideways. The URL she included in the tweet was for healthcare.org, not the proper address healthcare.gov.
Her second shill/tweet righted the picture but left the wrong URL intact.
Finally, she figured things out and sent out a third, accurate tweet.
It’s a perfect symbol of the confusion swirling around the dawn of Obamacare.
