During the January 31 airing of Real Time With Bill Maher, the host suggested that because liberals had a gay wedding at the Grammys, conservatives should have a “mass shooting at the Country Music Awards.”
On January 26th the Grammys held a group wedding on stage that included two same-sex couples.
According to Politico, Bill Maher reacted by saying, “Now that liberals have forwarded their agenda by inserting a mass gay wedding into the Grammys, conservatives must match them tit-for-tat by having a mass shooting at the Country Music Awards.”
Maher supports gun control and in the past has made clear his belief that a politician needs to look at the American people and say, “The Second Amendment is bullsh-t!”
