Jimmy Fallon Hammers ObamaCare with One-Two Comic Punch

Is Greg Gutfeld wearing a Jimmy Fallon mask these days?

Once more, the new Tonight Show host took ObamaCare to task during his monologue Monday, and darned if Fallon didn’t summon the spirit of the Fox News mainstay with a one-two comic punch.

This Thursday is the deadline for Iran to meet a series of measures to delay its nuclear program,” Fallon said. “Yea and then Iran said, ‘you mean deadline, deadline? Or sign up for Obamacare deadline? Because that thing had extensions — it was like a long deadline. I mean, that thing had more extensions than ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’

Fallon then used the news that Dr. Dre is getting in business with a certain tech giant to hit ObamaCare again:

That’s right, Dr. Dre got $3 billion from Apple,” Fallon said. “He’s actually the first doctor to make any money since Obamacare passed.

Fallon appeared to be yet another left-leaning comic in the late night space given his pro-Obama work on his Late Night perch. Since taking over for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show, Fallon has proved far more evenhanded with his humor, slamming both conservatives like Sarah Palin and liberals such as the current Commander in Chief.

Poking fun at the president used to be Job No. 1 for late night comics, but today simply mocking Obama is noteworthy.
