This past weekend, Lena Dunham posted a photo to her Instagram page where she’s shown cradling an infant wearing a “Wendy Davis” onesie.
Dunham’s caption reads: “This is Shay. He’s voting Wendy Davis.”
Senator Davis revealed in a memoir recently that she had two late-term abortions in the 1990s, conducted a 13-hour filibuster last year to ensure that abortion clinics in Texas operated at hospital-standards, and is apparently proud to have Lena Dunham on “Team Wendy.”

Dunham also stopped by Planned Parenthood to promote her new novel that addresses feminism, called Not That Kind of Girl.
