Watch: ‘Walking Dead’ Actor Seth Gilliam Arrested for Driving 107MPH, DUI, Possession of Marijuana

Actor Seth Gilliam, who plays a priest on the AMC hit series The Walking Dead, was arrested for drunk driving, possession of marijuana, and reckless driving early Sunday morning after police caught him driving over 100 mph on a Georgia highway.

Now, a video of the arrest has been released by the arresting police agency.

In the video, after officers are able to catch up to the TV star, one of them orders the actor to exit the vehicle while keeping his hands visible.

“I need your hands where I can see them. Come back here,” the officer commands.

Gilliam then steps out and is put in cuffs by the officer who informs him he is under arrest for reckless driving.

According to the TMZ, the 46-year-old was pulled over on a highway in Peachtree City, GA for speeding. After being pulled over, he allegedly admitted to having consumed three beers and one shot of liquor. A marijuana joint was also found in a cigarette box inside his armrest.

Peachtree City police told the news and gossip site the star later blew a .107 blood alcohol level. He was arrested and released after posting a $9,818 bond.

Gilliam is known for his roles as Father Gabriel Stokes on AMC’s The Walking Dead and HBO’s The Wire, as police officer Ellis Carver. He has also appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, CSI: Miami, and Nurse Jackie.
