Empire actor Terrence Howard has filed legal documents alleging his ex-wife threatened to release pictures and video of his genitals to the public if he did not agree to generously compensate her, TMZ reports.
The documents, filed by his attorney Brian Kramer, claim Terrence has recordings of his ex-wife, Michelle, saying she will extort him if she doesn’t get what she wants… which includes leaking files of the family jewels.
“I can make a good $2 million right now … you want to see your little **** out there in front of TV,” she allegedly said.
Furthermore, the actor claims he has her on tape threatening to tell the world he gave her an STD.
“Trust me, you’re f****** with the wrong person. You f***** with me way too much. I will f****** bury you deep in the ground,” Michelle said, according to Terrence.
While the pair were only married for one year, Terrence reportedly agreed to provide spousal support for five additional years in exchange for her silence.
According to TMZ, Terrence is asking the judge to throw out the settlement, which runs for another year, so he is not obligated to pay the remaining balance.
If Terrence does not get his wish, Michelle may be entitled to a good portion of his Empire salary.
