Prominent rap figure P Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, but not to be confused with his old persona Puff Daddy, has announced he does not believe in the sanctity of marriage, but he is down to sign a “love contract.”

The 45-year-old fathers six children with three different women and has famously been avoiding matrimony for decades. While he may not be standing on an altar any time soon, he says it’s no big deal, because he just does not want the court system involved in his personal life.

“It’s the whole thing of … I think you have to be ready for it,” explained Diddy while promoting his new fragrance, 3AM,. “There’s somebody else’s heart involved and that’s a lot of responsibility. And I don’t want to be going to courts and having somebody be like interfere in my relationships so I rather just do the Goldie Hawn.”

The rapper, who has been dating the same woman since 2007, also admitted he’s more likely to enter into a financial obligation with a woman than walk down the aisle.

“I will give a contract,” he added. “I will commit to a contract — a love contract.”
