A24 released the first red-band trailer for its shoot-em-up thriller-comedy Free Fire this week just after the film made its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Free Fire centers on a single arms deal in a Boston warehouse in 1978 that, from the looks of the trailer, goes terribly wrong as the bullets start flying.
Brie Larson — fresh off of her Best Actress win for last year’s Room — stars alongside Cillian Murphy, Sharlto Copley, Armie Hammer and Jack Reynor.
Ben Wheatley (High-Rise) directs off of a script he co-wrote with Amy Jump. Martin Scorsese served as an executive producer on the project.
Free Fire is due out in theaters next year.
