Oscar-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss has been accused of groping two women following a 2004 Broadway performance.

The two woman claim that they were invited backstage following Dreyfuss’s performance of “Sly Fox,” but were instead shocked by the inappropriateness of his behavior.

Photos released by The New York Daily News appear to show the Jaws star touching the two women on their breasts and buttocks.

“The first thing he did was give me a hug, and he stuck his hand almost in the crack of my butt. He didn’t even give me any warning,” said one woman, identified only as Beth. “Then he turned me around, and he grabbed me by the boob. And he grabbed right above my private area, lower than my midriff. Like he was tickling me. I was giggling, but not in a happy way.”

“I was so uncomfortable. It was such a weird, awkward feeling,” she added.

The other woman, going by the name Susan, described how Dreyfuss made her feel uncomfortable by kissing her on the cheek for a photo.

“He kissed me without permission. I’m smiling in the photo, but it was a nervous smile. I didn’t know how to react. I was so surprised,” she said. “I just remember it was creepy, weird and awkward. We were excited to go in there and meet him, and it wasn’t what we expected. It was a shock. I was surprised, I didn’t expect him to be that type of person. He was on both of us.”

Beth also claimed she became “really mad” at Dreyfuss’s denial of allegations he exposed his genitals to L.A.-based writer Jessica Teich while the pair were working together on a 1987 TV special. Dreyfuss later claimed he was “horrified and bewildered” that the encounter between he and Teich was not consensual.

“A lot of times, the man just denies it, and the woman looks so foolish. To be honest, I’m a little scared myself, speaking up now. But I felt so badly for her, and I had an opportunity to back up what she’s saying. I’ve been alone in a room with him and know what he’s like,” she said.

Dreyfuss is among the many Hollywood heavyweights to be accused of sexual misconduct following the Harvey Weinstein scandal, which also includes the likes of actors Kevin Spacey and Louis C.K. and film mega-producer Brett Ratner.
