In dribs and drabs, we’re learning more about how CNN intends to use its new acquisition, Jake Tapper. Tuesday marked the official end of Tapper’s contract with ABC News and therefore his debut at his new home. According to TVNewser, Tapper’s expecting his upcoming show to debut on CNN at 4 p.m.
That’s bad news for those who had hoped Tapper’s arrival would mean that at least one of CNN’s Obama sycophants would find themselves out in the cold reality of the Obama economy to which they condemn the rest of us. There is one silver lining. The 4 p.m. slot means one less hour of Wolf Blitzer, who currently anchors three hours, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
One less hour of Blitzer entering The Relentless Monotoned Obama Talking Point Zone is a win for America.
