Rush Limbaugh Producer: Mainstream Media Want to Take Down Champions of Conservatism

Rush Limbaugh’s producer James Golden (“Bo Snerdley”) said the mainstream media and the left relentlessly try to take down those who champion conservatism so they can more easily convince the American people that the liberal point of view is the majority opinion. More often than not, that is simply not the case. 

Golden appeared with Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon on Breitbart News’ broadcast of the “Exempt America” rally on Tuesday.  

“If the great fighters are taken out, then the fight can be dismantled,” he said, noting that sometimes the left aims to constantly put conservatives “under siege” and lies about and smears them in order to discourage the Americans for whom they are fighting. 

“The left is relentless; they don’t give up,” he said. “Any story that has a political implication, they’re there.” He said the left is trying to populate “whatever media source you’re going to,” and the mainstream media try to “make it appear that the majority opinion is their opinion” when in fact it often is not, which he said was the case with Obamacare. Golden emphasized that a majority of Americans has consistently not supported President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare legislation.

Golden said the American people never wanted an Obamacare bill that was passed solely with “Democratic votes.” He noted that when “voters had a chance to react to that” in the 2010 midterm elections, “they threw Democrats out in record numbers.”

Golden also said Americans who may not know the details about Obamacare will soon find out that they will only be able to work 29 hours per week because employers will not want to pay fines associated with the employer mandate. He said the people who will suffer the most under Obamacare will be entry-level workers and people at the bottom of the economic ladder. He noted seniors would also suffer because doctors are not going to take less money to do more work. Ultimately, Golden said, Obamacare will create more “chaos” that will lead to a system “that doesn’t work” because Americans will still be uninsured.
