During a radio interview Thursday, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul gave the media the middle-finger, literally. According to a tweet from ABC News, the presidential candidate’s “bird” was his “message for the media after his debate demotion.”

Due to his standing in the polls, Paul was excluded from the main Fox Business debate stage Thursday night. He is refusing to participate in the earlier debate and says he will instead hold an online townhall-style event.
