Yesterday afternoon, an armed white male entered the First Security Bank in Trimble, Missouri and loudly demanded cash. As the KSHB-TV reporter noted in the video below, “unfortunately for the suspect, he was not the only person in the bank carrying a weapon.”
Fox 4 News reported that the suspect was shot in the face by the gun toting civilian. I would have thought that that would have disabled him, but he ended up leading the police on a high speed chase.
Police apparently pursued the car down 169 Highway to I-435 and put
down spikes to stop the car. The pursuit ended at I-435 just south of
152 Highway.The man has been taken to the hospital. His condition is not known.
Missouri passed its Conceal/Carry law in 2003.
