Senator Marco Rubio gave a scathing Senate floor response to the recent scandals that have bogged down the Obama administration, leaving them to scrabble for cover against the virtual hail storm of critical questions coming from the media.
Rubio points out that those who are on “Obama’s enemy list” have been the targets of egregious IRS audits, and that this “same IRS will now have unfettered power to come after every American and ensure that either you’re buying insurance or you’re paying them a tax.”
Earlier this week, Rubio joined other members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, in demanding that the Congress begin investigating the parties involved in the scandals.
If you have time to listen to the entire speech, do so. I have listened to dozens of Rubio speeches, and this smack down of the Obama administration and the “culture of intimidation” is epic, and could be Rubio’s most poignant speech ever.
